Heavy Engg FZC is in Hamariah FZ, Sharjah. This unit is certified by ASME for ‘U’, ‘U2’, ‘S’ stamp, National Board for ‘R’ & ‘NB’ stamp, API Spec Q1 & API 2B. and ISO 9001:2008 / 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007.
Best known for its highest standards of manufacturing and product excellence, within a short span, the company has established itself as a dependable vendor for prestigious MNC’s in the Middle East, Asia and Europe. The units are quipped with state-of-the art CNC machines including vertical machining centers.
This facility has an added advantage in terms of logistics, since the Hamriyah Jetty and Hamriyah Port are within 3.5 kms. respectively. Hence there are no dimensional and weight restrictions for transportation of over dimensional consignments. Few of the important clients are KNPC, KOC, ADCO, ADGAS, GASCO, TAKREER, ADOC, ADMA – OPCO, PDO, BP, Qatargas, Qatar Petroleum, etc.
The product range include design and fabrication of Process Skid Packages, Metering Skid Packages, Cladded / Non Cladded Pressure Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers, Media / Activated Carbon Filters, Storage Tanks (Shop Fabricated), Reactors, Piping Spools (CS, SS, DSS & SDSS), Offshore Structures, Weld Overlay (SS & Alloy 625), Electrical & Instrumentation Works.
We have in-house capability for doing rubber lining (Natural Rubber / Ebonite / Neoprene). Perfect International Heavy Engg FZC and Perfect International (FZC) are managed by highly qualified and experienced management and manned by specially skilled operatives and the total strength of workforce in both our units is in excess of 500.
